Journal with Intention
2025 is here, Spring is getting closer and I’m starting to feel brighter again. The winter months are rough for me each year, but this year it felt a little tougher. I personally struggled to remain my best self these last few months, but that’s okay. Each moment is a chance to start again.
In your journal, take 3-5 minutes with each prompt. You can set a timer, or follow a playlist as you write. As a little reminder, journaling is valid in ALL forms- it doesn’t matter if you’re writing on paper, typing on your phone, recording yourself speaking or another form that works best for you.
What am I excited for in the next 3 months?
What is something I’ve already accomplished in 2025? [big or small!]
Write a letter of gratitude to the version of yourself from one year ago.
What are my intentions about self-care this month? How can I create action with these intentions?
