I'm a certified yoga & meditation instructor, art creator and party mermaid, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Through my work, I strive to bring more color into the world and inspire joy, mindfulness and authenticity.
As a meditation and yoga instructor, my mission is to hold space for those who need it. I offer a welcoming environment to explore, grow or simply be.
